Owned & operated by Charles and Gianna Bradford, Xylem Building & Renovation has offered home improvement and remodeling services for over 17 years.
Charles has built a reputation for high quality, enduring craftsmanship in all areas of residential home improvement. From site work to finish details, materials selection and installation, he combines the latest in building technologies with precise techniques and experience.
Gianna is an award winning Certified Professional Building Designer (NCBDC) and secretary of the CT Society of the American Institute of Building Designers (AIBD). She is honored to have received First Place in the 56th Annual AIBD National Design Competition for Un-Built Designs under 3250 S.F.
Along with quality reliable subcontractors, we have designed and completed remodeling and new construction projects for clients throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island. Most of our projects are generated by former clients and their referrals. We specialize in whole house remodeling that complements the architectural period of the client’s home. Recent projects include our new home a custom, craftsman bungalow style, single family residence in the Chaplin, CT area.
A large percentage of our projects involve kitchen and bathroom renovations along with exterior improvements such as siding, windows, doors and decks. At Xylem Building & Renovation we pride ourselves on delivering our projects on time and within budget while treating your home as if it was ours. We believe your home is your largest investment and you should rightfully expect your contractor to treat it with the utmost of care.
Proper and patient planning is the key to any successful endeavor. With this in mind, we carefully and accurately figure all the elements of your project, and include these in the scope of work outlined in each of our contracts. With this approach we have found there is little deviation, if any, in the final cost of construction.
